- 100 g Bacon — Smoked Bacon - Chopped
- 100 g Sage & Onion Stuffing — Store bought prepared
- 3 tbsp Double cream
- 2 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
- 50 g Cheddar cheese — Grated
- 1 piece Egg — Beaten (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs — For Topping
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) / 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment.
Mix chicken, bacon, stuffing, cream, cranberry sauce, cheese, and seasoning in a bowl.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 equal rectangles.
Spoon filling onto one side of each rectangle. Fold over, seal edges with a fork.
Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
